Terms of Service
These terms cover this website only. If we work together, the engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement — and that agreement wins wherever the two differ.

1. What these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and Hodenote, LLC(“Hodenote,” “we,” “us”) about your use of hodenote.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.
2. Using this site
You may read, quote, and link to anything here. You may not:
- Use the site to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
- Submit anyone else’s personal data through our forms without their knowledge.
- Send automated bulk submissions, or use the contact form for unsolicited sales.
3. Our content and yours
The text, design, and code of this site belong to Hodenote. Quoting us with attribution is welcome; republishing substantial portions as your own is not.
What you send us through a form stays yours. We use it only to reply to you or consider your introduction, as set out in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential information through a web form — wait until there is an NDA in place.
4. Engagements are separate
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to perform work, and nothing here creates a consulting relationship. Descriptions of services, timelines, and typical entry points are illustrative. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, confidentiality, data handling, and intellectual property. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, it takes precedence.
5. No warranty on site content
The site is provided “as is.” Supply chain guidance published here is general and written without knowledge of your business. It is not professional advice for your situation, and acting on it without an assessment of your own circumstances is at your own risk. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Hodenote is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, and our total liability relating to the site is limited to USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer, this clause does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices. Their terms apply once you leave.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published when you use the site.
