Hodenote is deliberately small and hires rarely — usually when a project arrives that needs a second pair of hands, and usually from people already on file.
So there is no posting to apply to. If the work here looks like work you would be good at, introduce yourself. Notes are read by a person, kept on file, and revisited when something opens up.
What tends to fit
People who have carried a real operational number — a fill rate, a plant schedule, an inventory target — and who also write code, or want to. The combination is rarer than it should be.
