About
A small firm on purpose.
The person you meet on the first call is the person who does the work — and when an engagement needs more hands, they are senior practitioners we have worked with before, brought in by name and introduced to you.
What you will not get is a bench of junior analysts learning on your project, or an incentive to sell you something bigger than the problem you have. Engagements stay small, stay honest about scope, and end when the problem is solved rather than when the retainer runs out.

How we work
Four commitments.
What we build is yours
Deliverables, documentation, and source code are assigned to you outright and live in your repository. Where we build on tooling we already own, you get a perpetual, royalty-free license — so nothing we leave behind can ever be switched off.
Fixed scope, fixed price
Diagnostics and defined builds are quoted flat. If the work grows, that is a new conversation and a new number — not a surprise invoice.
Software only when it earns it
Plenty of problems are process problems, and most of the rest are configuration problems. Being able to build something is not a reason to build it — the cheapest fix is usually the system you already pay for.
Your data stays yours
Client data is never used to train models and never leaves agreed systems. Happy to work inside your environment and sign your paperwork.
Work with agencies too.
Consultancies and agencies subcontract Hodenote for supply chain depth they do not keep on staff. White-label, under your brand, on your paper.
